I had come to know of Jay because of a house he sold in my neighborhood. So when it came to selling my house, I had thought of meeting him to know his terms and conditions along with meeting a couple of other realtors. He was the first one we met and after meeting him, we didn't think it was necessary to meet anyone else. Over the next few days, we discussed about the updates we needed to do to the house, and he brought a professional staging consultant to advice on the light fixtures, paint etc. We were moving out of town so had to rely on him to arrange painting, carpet removal, cleaning etc. Jay was kind enough to handle all of those things with reasonable charges.
